This refers to decisions taken by the Commissioners with respect to: administrative matters; determinations as to whether or not there has been a breach of the FCA; the scope and conduct of hearings; deliberations on recommendations made by the Staff regarding investigations conducted by them; and determining whether there is sufficient grounds for bringing a matter before the Courts regarding an alleged breach of the FCA.
